Returns and Exchange Policy

OUR 30 DAY WARRANTY

We are so confident that you will love our products, however in case if you are not happy with your purchase we can offer a FREE replacement with any other products of equal or less value within 30 days from purchase.
Please understand that we cannot issue a refund for items once they leave our facility. We will not accept any returns of products for reasons other than a jewelry piece being damaged ,defective or a mishap on our end. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.If your item is defective or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order - we will make sure all your issues are resolved and will arrange to deliver the correct items. 
For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos and email us at support@stonejeweled.com- we will replace or refund your purchase after the confirmation.
PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product. We cover shipping costs for returns due to damaged or defective goods only. For all other reasons, the customer will need to return the goods to our warehouse and cover charges for the transport. Please be sure to get a tracking number when you ship the order back to us. We will not be held responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during return transit.
